Buna Teodora! Pentru a fragezi carnea, aceasta se tine in bait 2-3 zile, la o temperatura de 2-4 grade Celsius. Baitul poate fi preparat din vin, usturoi pisat si condimentele care iti plac (piper, cimbru, rozmarin, salvie, pudra de curry, fenicul, ardei iute etc).Eu de obicei folosesc doar cimbru si piper.Vinul poate fi inlocuit cu apa. Baitul trebuie sa acopere carnea. Spor la bucatarit!]]></description>
